It is equipped with a 3 mm thick AISI 304L stainless steel plate (71 x 72 cm). In the center, a raised 24 x 24 cm grill, also made of stainless steel, allows for direct cooking.
In addition, the interior firebox is lined with refractory bricks, which concentrate the heat and improve the confort of use. Furthermore, the air intake is adjustable to regulate the flame and the temperature of the plate. It also has an ash drawer for quick cleaning.
Finally, there is a large storage space for wood in the lower part. For added convenience, it can be moved easily thanks to a handle and four wheels, two of which have brakes for greater stability during use.
