The terms of your participation

In return for your free access to all the services included in your participation as an accredited visitor, we ask you to:

  • Participate in JdC Garden Trends for a minimum of 2 consecutive days to take maximum advantage of the exceptional diversity of exhibitors
  • Prepare your visit in advance via the platform, select a minimum of thirty exhibitors, including a minimum of 50% with whom you do not already work,
  • Make as many appointments as possible in advance to optimize your days of presence,
  • Contact at least 10 new exhibitors (list of new exhibitors on the website),
  • Respect the times and durations of appointments made,
  • Always respond to suppliers who contact you, positively or negatively. If the response is negative, explain the reason(s) for the refusal.
  • Take advantage of break times to make new contacts.
Compliance with these commitments is crucial to the effectiveness of the show for visitors and for exhibitors.

By participating in JdC Garden Trends, you will have interactions with the Organization, exhibitors, sponsors and partners of the event (such as using the platform's messaging or appointment service, scanning a QR code, having your badge scanned, or exchanging business cards, etc.) which will constitute data that will be transferred to them. In doing so, you acknowledge that this data may be used within the framework of the GDPR of each party.
